July 01, 2019 Airdrie Meals on Wheels took part in the Canada Day Parade, with our own Don Pike cycling hard to escape the clutches of a hungry bear, knife and fork at the ready. The bear’s antics entertained the watchers, and kept Don pedalling to avoid being eaten. The bear was played by Ravi Bansal, one of our newest volunteer drivers. Thank you Don and Ravi, for being such good sports.
