May 16, 2019 was our annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. Thanks goes to Il Forno fusion for an amazingly delicious lunch! So appreciated by all our volunteers. Mayor Peter Brown awarded one of our own, Trudy Eyre, with a Certificate of Appreciation and Life Membership with Airdrie Meals on Wheels, for her 12 years of dedicated service. Gifts were handed out to all in attendance, and good conversation was shared. Thanks also to Cam Clark Ford Airdrie for the free car wash coupons for every volunteer.
